you can sculpt characters in mudbox, the dynamesh approach I used is exclusively a zbrush thing. to the best of my knowledge mudbox doesnt have a dynamic tesselation feature.
THANK YOU that is means shall I use mudbox or Zbrush ? there is something I want you to know! I like mudbox because it is easy for me, but I must follow your advice, since am following you from the beginning.
Well the software is just a tool, neither is better than the other, its just a matter of the tools in zbrush fitting my workflow better. Use what you are comfortable with, the sculpting part is a skill that will carry over to either package. Dynamesh makes it possible to stretch the mesh like you see in the vids, I like that workflow.
