Giant Teeth

speedsculpt, no refs used although it reminds me of that country singer guy that married Julia Roberts. used dynamesh, and for the hair used curvetubesnap with the z intensity turned down, I like the effect

chicken legs speedsculpt

couple of hours speed-sculpt started with a sphere...had no intention of giving him a body when I started, just trying to shake of some rust., no concept just a freeform doodle.

sloth speedcsulpt session1

I find a good way for me to make a character is to base it on an odd looking animal or something of that nature. Many times the odd shapes or funny expressions I find can set the tone for the character. This speed-sculpt was created with zbrush 4r3 using the workflow I have been showing here. This guy needs another session to fine tune and add more detail, but I wanted to share the sculpting session with you guys. Thanks for viewing! Todd

ShadowBox and masking experiment

This object was made while experimenting with shadowbox/masking and radial symmetry. I then experimented with insert brushes, curvetubesnap, and curvetube to get these organic shapes. Just a freeform test of technique, but still worth a post I think. Zbrush 4 r3.

Inspiration-Westminster

I watched the Westminster Dog show the other night and was inspired by some of the shapes of the dogs. This sculpt done without any sketch, just free-form with the wire-haired daschund as my inspiration.
